Ready for fall

Yeah, yeah, it's still July, but I feel like it's been summer forever and I'm ready for autumn. It's my absolute favorite time of the year - the colors, the weather, I love it all! There's nothing better than taking a walk a walk or drive and appreciating the color of the leaves - a cool breeze, a cozy sweater, and maybe even a caramel apple spice in your hand. Delightful. Some of my favorite things about fall:
  1. The weather - I can't fully describe the crispness and the joy that it brings me.
  2. The sound of leaves crunching under your feet.
  3. The clothes - sweaters, light jackets, boots, the occasional scarf, even Uggs and all their knockoffs - love it!
  4. My wedding anniversary
  5. Apple picking
  6. Pumpkin patches

*Sigh* I can't wait.

1. The WAshington Weather -- 95 during the day and 45 at night in October.
2. The sound of leaves crunching under your feet and sending mold spores into the air to trigger your allergies.
3. The clothes that feel great outside and are too hot in the office.
4. :-)
5. :-)
6. Field trips to pumpkin patches -- mounds of kids running around picking the perfect gourd!

I can't tell if you're being sarcastic for some of these or not! Ha!
