I mentioned in this post wanting to get some things accomplished (health and non-health related), this fall and I thought it would be a good time to check-in with that and see how I was doing.

- Make an optometrist appointment. Done, not only for me, but Ben as well - he picks up his new glasses sometime in the next week!
- I need to get back to the dentist. Ugh. Not done yet, but my dental insurance is changing slightly as of January 1st and I'll be able to go to a dentist that I like more than my current one so I'm determined to make an appointment ASAP.
- Find a new general doctor for Ben and me. Ben and I are both in the process of making appointments for physicals - I figure this will be my doctor's last chance to wow me, otherwise I'll be switching posthaste.
- Treat exercise as something good as opposed to something required. Done and done. Thank you yoga!
- Take more walks. Done. It's getting a little chillier now so the walks haven't been as frequent, but instead of admiring the leaves on the trees I get to hear them crunch under my feet.
- Read more. Definitely done! I'm moving right along with the Busy Bookworm Challenge (update coming later this week).

You've made great progress. It's so easy to let those little things like dentist/doctor appts slip from your mind.
And it's also really hard to find a good doctor that you like. I haven't really found one yet and have lived here for 6 years. It's just kind of overwhelming to have so many options when you live in a big city like I do!
My focus this fall has been to keep running, no matter how busy I am. In the past, I have cut that out when I get too busy/stressed. and I can't let that happen again! So far I have ran 3-4 times/week which is pretty good!
Great job on everything!
I HATE the dentist, but my mom makes me go! Haha
Just found your blog and I'm in love! You're added to my reader =)
Looks like great progress!
