Mind, body, and soul (kind of like earth, wind, and fire, but not really)

Hi friends! How was your weekend? The mister and I watched past seasons of The Office all weekend. We got through seasons two, three, and four. Yeah. All weekend. With the exception of the hour and a half I did yoga Saturday morning.

Speaking of which, today I am thankful for yoga. I took my first class a couple months ago and loved it. Loved it. I feel so good afterward, I have so much energy throughout the day, and it helps me stay relaxed.

What about you friends? Any other yoga fans out there? Was your weekend as fabulously unproductive as mine? What are you thankful for today?

I tried yoga this summer at my gym & just wasn't a fan of the instructor. I need to try another instructor as I know it would be good for me - esp all the stretching!

My weekend was great and was fairly unproductive as well - which is nice!!

Yoga fan, right here! I'm glad that you love the classes so much! I always look forward to seeing you guys on Saturday! I am thankful for you and your awesome yoga classmates! You all are doing me a huge favor!

Are you guys watching The Office on DVDs or Netflix? I need to catch up on the show too! I recently started watching and I think I would really enjoy the older episodes!

I feel the MORE I do yoga the MORE I enjoy it. It's like running for me. Last Friday I actually woke up CRAVING yoga (I crave running sometimes, it's the only way I can describe it haha) even after doing a 50-minute power yoga class on Thursday. That's HUGE for me!

So yes, I'm definitely starting to love yoga more, although it has been a work-in process for me!

Anyways I wrote about how the MORE I do yoga the more I WANT to do yoga! I've been doing it more and more lately and it's definitely been good for me. Right now I'm actually sore from yoga yesterday!

It's definitely a work-in process for me though!

I'm a yoga fan! My only think is that I seem to tap out of patience after 20 mins of practice- after that I get all jangly and irritable & need to move on. I think if I went to a class instead of doing it on my own I would have more saying power!

I'm a total yoga lover! I haven't been doing it as much as I used to, which makes me sad. I really need to get back into doing it everyday again.

This weekend I started putting up some Christmas decorations and caught up with Grey's Anatomy. I didn't do anything I really needed to get done, but it was pretty relaxing!
