I used my gift card and got a lot of really awesome pieces. Seriously, you all need to go to your nearest Ann Taylor Loft - they're bringing in the spring lines so all their "winter" stuff (and by winter I mean skirts, pants, tanks, cardigans, etc). is on clearance with an additional 50% off! (When my receipt printed out it said I saved $102!) Delightful.
I found out I won a giveaway from Nicole and Rachel and then tried out the OPI color No Spain, No Gain. (Sorry for the claw-like picture, but this was the best picture to show off the purple-ness of the color). Love it.
But mostly this weekend I was cuddled up in a cozy sweater with hot chocolate, The Book Thief, and the mister. (Book review coming soon!)What did you do this weekend readers? If you had to describe it in one word what would it be? Happy February everyone!

Ooo, cuddling up with a book & hot cocoa sounds fabulous! I have my weekend get together with college friends this weekend. It was so much fun, but I am wishing there was another day in my weekend! Not really ready to go back to work today!!

I laid around eating waaay too many everything bagels. And made the husband take the kids out in the snow.
Other than that? Mostly just whined about having to lay around.
I'm kind of bummed that I went shopping at LOFT when it was still just 40% off sale, and not 50% off sale. Oh, and if you really want to get a good idea of your savings, to a total from the original price tag instead of the sale price. The savings are just from the sale price.
Your weekend sounds fabulous. I had a really low-key weekend too. I napped TWICE - I NEVER nap! And I got some reading done. It was actually kind of nice, if a little boring :)
Sounds so relaxing, and Happy February to you as well! I had a fun weekend - movie night with the girls on Friday, and a night out on the town Saturday. Sunday consisted of chinese food and quality family time :)
