Happy Easter!

Dying eggs is serious business. Needed: mugs, eggs, patience, and a little bit of silliness.

So fun! I always loved dyeing eggs as a kid, but I haven't done in it a while. I always put rubber bands around mine and then dipped them in the dye, then removed the rubber bands after they dried to reveal cool designs. :-)

Love the "Love" egg! We dyed Easter eggs yesterday, too. The kids all did really well. My sisters-in-law had read about a technique for kids where you put the egg in the middle of a wire whisk - that way, it's easy for them to dip it in and out of the dye. Such a smart idea! Way less messy than it usually is!
