Yes, I had one yesterday. Truth me told, I have sort of been a puddle of tears the last few days. But yesterday afternoon, I started thinking about all the great things in my life. Like meeting some awesome bloggers this weekend (you'll be missed!), and meeting Amber in October, and going to Paris in February. I thought to myself - this stupid boy is really missing out because I have alot of great things in my life that make me an interesting and fun person. It probably sounds arrogant to say that, but it's the truth! So onwards and upwards!
I had one of those ONCE, and it was after dinner with a really good friend a few weeks ago and we'd ended up talking for about 4 hours, and when I got home, I felt totally uplifted and free - it felt like I had no anxiety about anything for the first time in my life. Wonderful feeling :)

Yes! Love! These usually happen for me after a run or yoga class!

Thats brilliant. I'm printing this out and sticking it where I can see it on a regular basis. I definitely need more of those moments.
Yes I do, and Lisa, I love your comment. That stupid boy is absolutely missing out!
Yes, I have these moments too. They rock and I'm thankful for them; they don't come often enough but when they do? It's so wonderous.
Yes, such moments!!!!! They are bliss, the stuff that carries us along.
Yep, and I definitely need them more often!
