A handmade holiday (part two)

Happy Monday! I'd mentioned wanting to do a handmade holiday this year and with the exception of two gifts, I did it! I found some great new Etsy shops in the process, so I thought I'd share a few with you. (I didn't want to share the pictures before I actually gave the gifts!)
(Can you guess who this was for? Print from Fifdu Vie.)

I can honestly say I had excellent customer service from all of these shops - and I would recommend them to any of you.
(Bookends from Knob Creek Metal Arts, Nintendo magnet from Argenta Collaborative, and Zombie pops from Starlingskies)
(Teal necklace from Mooreaseal, Rose brooch from Morado, and Owl locket from birdzNbeez)

Have you ordered anything from any of these shops? Have you found any discovered any new Etsy shops lately? Anyone else as obsessed with Etsy as I am?

Oh fun! Love that you supported all these etsy shop owners. I haven't purchased anything from any of these shops. Thanks for highlighting some new ones! My fave is the bookend! Too cool.

I love Etsy but i have to limit myself from looking at it because it's too easy to just push purchase! ;)

So cool, I'm so glad you shared this! I love seeing what gifts people gave. The jewelry you picked out is beautiful.

This year was my first time using Etsy for gifts. I got my husband a leather, hand-stamped wallet (it has a picture of a ship on it.) It's so gorgeous and unique...I'm going to be buying hand-made much more in the future.

I've never ordered from Etsy because I find the website overwhelming. But I also make a lot of things myself - I dabble in all kinds of arts and crafts - so people are more likely to get something I made for them myself if I go the homemade route. Some years my in-laws do what they call "Cheap Christmas" (named by my sister-in-law, tongue in cheek) when we have a price cap. I often do homemade gifts then.
I really love the gifts you chose, especially the owl locket.

Fun! I really wanted to do a handmade holiday this year and buy a lot of stuff off of Etsy but I just didn't get around to doing my shopping until it was much too late to order online. Boo! Next year maybe :)

I enjoy Etsy but shopping for things there this Christmas didn't work for me because I'm too much of a procrastinator. I love the Novel bookends though! Can't wait to take a gander at that etsy shop when it opens again after the new year.

Oh, I absolutely love those bookends! Too cute!

I absolutely love Etsy and can get lost for days in that sight but I've never bought anything from there because it's just so overwhelming and I want to make sure I purchase the perfect gift. Hehe.

Wonderful gifts, Becky. You were smart. I will try to simplify next year and do the same. Love the idea. I have mastered online shopping, but realize I can now make it better, cooler, cozier, surprising! Nope, haven't used Etsy, but will! Must give it a whirl.
