This week has been mentally and emotionally exhausting (more on that later), so for now all I can do today are blurbs.

I recently re-read a lot of the MacGregor series. I love books I can easily lose myself in, and I'll always have a special place in my heart for the big, blustery, Scotsman, Daniel MacGregor. (Want to know what else I'm reading? Friend me on goodreads!)

I think I'm officially over Taylor Swift. I have her first two albums but I've been hesitant to buy her third. I still think she's a cute and sweet kid, but I'm done hearing about how these guys are all lame and stupid for breaking her heart. You're 21. I don't know what's worse - thinking you were in love with all these guys or wanting us to believe they all wronged you.

My hair's in this awkward stage and I can't decide whether I should cut it again or let it grow out a bit. Thoughts?
(And yes that is a map of the United States behind me. Ben and I have put pins in all the states we've been to - I've been to 23!)

It's snowing. Lovely, beautiful, snow. I'm hoping I can remember that when it complicates the commute for the rest of this week.

How has your week been? Do you have any series of books you love to read and re-read? Do you keep track of the places you've traveled to?

I love your US map, such a cute idea!

And I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Nora Roberts! You can always count on her books to end well and not be depressing. Have you read The Three Fates? Hands down, that's my favorite of hers.

I agree on the whole Taylor Swift thing... But I do like her 3rd CD... I am tired of her always being the victum, though...

I need to sit down and count the # of states I've been to! I have no idea....

My fave series is the HP series but I have never re-read it!

I LOVE Taylor Swift :) Hehe! I don't really listen to the lyrics when I'm listening to music - it's mostly in the background - and she's one of my favs!

I've re-read the Harry Potter books at least twice and I think I've re-read Books 1-5 three or four times? LOVE those books! I used to re-read my favourite books ALL THE TIME when I was younger but now I just have too many books to read I don't feel like I have the time to re-read old ones!

I vote for getting your hair re-styled; I always do that when my hair is in the awkward stage.

I do not currently keep track of which states I've been to but I should do that!

A series that I re-read, can't say that I have one. Maybe I should? I'm reading HP right now but I don't know if I'll go back and re-read them. maybe...

I'm sorry you're having a rough week. I hope it gets better soon! Hmm...I say let it grow out a bit, and see what happens! Mmmmm I love old books, the ones you've read over & over but can always turn back to again & again. It's like comfort food for the soul. For me it's the Anne of Green Gables series...I will never be over those books. <3

I have always loved your hair longer, but it's your hair, not mine. I vote for growing it out a bit though :)

Yes, to Taylor Swift, I think if she's not careful she going to alienate her target audience soon. :(
