I'm kind of all over the place today - that's kind of how my weekend was, so I figure a combination of confessions and blurbs would be a good Monday post!
For the life of me I cannot ever spell restaurant correctly on my first try - I always have to double check it.

Amber got engaged, and Lisa will be here in just a few short weeks - I can barely contain my excitement!

I'm obsessed with Starbucks' passion tea lemonades - they're so good! (In fact, I think I have a problem).

I loathe the "spring forward" in daylights savings time. It's only one hour difference and I'm going to be exhausted all week. Ugh.

This nail polish thing is harder than I expected. Luckily this blog is helping me keep it in perspective.

I'm worried and praying for the people in Japan. It's just one thing after another. Maybe it's because I'm older now and paying more attention to news, but it seems things like this are happening more and more now. (This is definitely something I'm struggling with).

What are some of your thoughts today? How was your weekend?

My weekend was great - esp because I got to chat with you! That was fabulous!! Can't wait to see you in just a few weeks! Yea!

Today I am thinking about how today is going to be a really long day since I have RCIA tonight... So I will be gone from 6:30-10 pm. but then I think about how this long day is nothing compared to others days', esp those in Japan. :(

I know what you mean- it does seem that SOMETHING bad is always happening. I'm still on my post-partum, everything makes me cry news break... because seriously, everything on the news makes me cry.

Ugh, spring forward is driving me crazy. I was okay yesterday morning, but then I wasn't ready to go to sleep until eleven because of the time difference, and I'm tired today!

Passion tea lemonade, yum!

As for painting your nails, I haven't painted mine in... oh, two years, maybe? It always makes me feel like my hands are suffocating. Try to channel ME during Lent! I'll send you polish-free vibes.

It does seem like these bad things are happening more and more...or maybe we are just becoming more aware.

Definitely seems like something is always happening, whether it be here or somewhere else. It's kind of scary to be an adult sometimes and have awarness of all that is going on/wrong/scary.

I have to say, giving up fried food + soda + ice cream? MUCH harder than expected, especially when your brother + boyfriend are enjoying amazing ice cream in front of you. Sigh.

Aww your sweet! Thanks for the shoutout. I had SO MUCH FUN video-chatting with you yesterday.

The Japan thing is horrifying. I get so sad watching the news. The really scary thing (for me) is something like that could SO EASILY hit the West Coast of B.C. and have similar damage. A very, very scary though.

I'm sorry you all have to lose an hour with Spring Forward. I'm a little bit jealous that you get late evenings with the sun. Arizona doesn't do DST because it's way too hot for the sun to be out late.

Blurbs are about how my brain has been functioning lately.

Passion tea is all sorts of awesome.
