Eat it, Read it, Need it!

Happy April! Welcome to the second installment of my monthly series...
Each month I'm going to share a new recipe I've tried recently, something I've read and want to recommend, and something I am craving, want really need.

Eat It: Brown Butter Tortellini with Spinach and Ham
This was in one of my Pampered Chef cookbooks (29 minutes to dinner) - it was super easy, delicious, and truly did not take long to make. I'm always cautious of those recipes that say half an hour or less because I find that they mean thirty minutes once everything's cooking or baking, but this was under half an hour including prep time. Totally my kind of meal.

Read It: This article about Urban Graffiti Knitters. (No, I'm not making that term up).

How crazy/hilarious/inventive are they?

Need It: Breaking Through print from A Comfort Given Photography

Ruth is an amazing photographer who just opened up an Etsy shop for her work. I recently ordered a few prints from her (more to follow!), but wouldn't this be perfect for spring?

Anything you want to share today - something to eat, read, or need?

Happy Friday!

(Did you miss the one in March? Don't worry, you can just click here!)

Eat it: Mushroom risotto (recipe on my blog today)

Read it: The Invisible Bridge - this was my fave book that I read in March!

Need it: A night of uninterrupted sleep. I wake up multiple times these days. And then i have dreams that I am taking my series 7 test and the dream is so vivid, I can remember some of the questions I answered. Ahhh!! I hope that I sleep much better when i am at your apt tonight!! :)

See you in around 12 hours!!!!!!!!

OMG! Thank you so much for sharing the urban knitters article. This explains a recent sighting in Richmond - there's a street post I pass everyday on the way to work, and on Valentine's Day, someone knitted over the street's name with a sign saying "Lovers Lane" (as well as knitting all the way up the street pole). Isn't that adorable?! I just thought someone was being funny, but I guess we have some graffiti artists here!

Yum! I'm a vegetarian, but that dish looks mighty tasty. Thanks for the shout out!

Eat it: Takeout, takeout and more takeout. Ha! The month of March was the month of takeout for us.

Read it: In the Woods for Emily's blogger book club. That's it unfortunately.

Need it: someone to organize our spare room!

SO EXCITED that the Becky and Lisa weekend is HERE! Eeeeei! Have fun :)
