Eat it: Ultimate Breakfast Casserole - I got this recipe from a friend, and Ben and I made it for breakfast Christmas morning. I would use less onion next time, and maybe brown the hash browns a little bit first, but otherwise, it was good - I think we started a new Christmas tradition! (Although Ben's determined to use tater tots next time). So good.
Read it: Stay by Allie Larkin - Full review coming later, but holy mother of amazing writing. I wasn't sure what to expect from this book, but it hit me on so many levels it's almost a week after I finished reading it and I can't stop thinking about it!
Need it: This shirt from NIFTshirts. What can I say, it makes my former English major heart happy! I actually won the Harry Potter t-shirt I mentioned, and it's really comfy. I've been wearing it so much Ben has informed that I do have other shirts.

I have never heard of that book - but if you recommended it, it's going on my TBR list. :)
I LOVE breakfast dishes like that. Mmm... eggs and potatoes - sign me up. :)
We love breakfast casserole over here at Casa Bagley! We don't like ones with bread - the ones with hash browns/tator tots are where it's at! Sometimes we have it for dinner - and then I eat the leftovers all week for breakfast.
Stay gold Pony Boy! Best shirt EVER!
Breakfast casserole is the bomb! Yum.
Haaaa, I love that shirt. And I NEED a Harry Potter shirt - did I miss something?
I agree with Lisa, if you recommend it, it's going on my TBR list as well. :)
Yum, breakfast casseroles are yummmmy, that one sounds delish. I love anything with potatoes. Really, love.
Less than two weeks, friend. Less than TWO WEEKS!
Yum, that looks really good! We made what my inlaws call 'brunch dish' but it's a little to heavy on egg/ham for me. I want to try that out some weekend!
My mom made breakfast casseroles on Christmas morning too! A bacon one for eveyone else and a veg one for me. It was super yummy!
I love that shirt!
My latest "eat it" would be roast chicken! there's something about roasting your own chicken that makes you feel like a powerful combination of Martha Stewart and the Pioneer Woman! Love your blog btw.
