I normally do this series before an Etsy feature, but I was so excited about the Emory Sage interview last week that I decided to change it up a bit!
Eat it: Lemon-Ginger Asparagus - this is a weight watchers recipe so it's healthy and really really good! I made this for Easter dinner, and despite the instructions that drove Ben crazy (I heard a whole speech about how "tender but crisp" was a stupid term), it was delicious! And tender but crisp asparagus can be achieved.
Read it:I normally list an article or a book, but I can't stop thinking about this quote:
There are two ways of spreading light - to be the candle or the mirror that reflects it.
- Edith Wharton
This might just be the inspiration for an upcoming blog post!
Need it: My chrysanthemum ring from Emory Sage. I used my discount code (you can use it too, but only for another week!) and the ring shipped to me so quickly. Gorgeous, no?
Are you a fan of asparagus? Any quotes you haven't been able to stop thinking about lately? What do you want to share today - something to eat, read, or need?

I LOVE asparagus! :) It's one of my favorite vegetables. My fave way to have it is on the grill!
Let's see... eat it = this tuscan chicken recipe I made a couple of weeks ago. I need to do a post on that. Read it = Drawing a blank... I have read a lot lately but nothing that is a MUST read for others!. Need it = more sleep. I have felt so so exhausted for the last couple of weeks. I really need an opportunity to sleep in but don't know when that is going to happen w/ my running and study schedule. So maybe after the CFA? ;)
I love asparagus! Eat it for me right now would be the cabbage rolls my grandma made. Our freezer is overflowing with them!!
That's an awesome quote! Love it. And that ring is so pretty on you.
