Each month I share a new recipe I've tried, something I've read and want to recommend, and something I
Eat it: I normally talk about a recipe I've made for this category, but all I can think about right now is the milk I got at the farmer's market last Sunday. I'm all about the farmer's market in the summer (it's even on my list!), but this was the first time I visited the Holy Cow Delivery stand. We got a half gallon of chocolate milk and it was gone by Tuesday.
sugar detox where we've given up all desserts), and if this gets us back into the habit of drinking milk on a regular basis I'm all for it. I just wish you all were local so you could have some too!
Read it: The Murderer's Daughters by Randy Susan Meyers - My book club read this last month and wow was it good. I actually haven't written a full review yet on goodreads, because I'm still processing it...weeks later. I've always said the best books are the ones that are hard to write reviews for and this book is no exception. The opening chapter pulls you in, knocks the wind out of you, and then throws you into the rest of the story challenging you to keep up. I absolutely cannot stress enough how incredible the writing was - you need to read this book.
Need it: This Love Letter Locket necklace from janiecox's Etsy shop. Appropriate considering how much I enjoy love letters, no? I actually ordered one (and may have sent one onto a friend), and have barely taken it off since I received it!
