Monday musings

Dear Tights,
I hear you whispering my name. I've been thinking about you too. It's almost time.
The girl who promised to enjoy summer

Dear Refined Sugar,
I know you thought I'd come running back. Sorry to stand you up.
Someone who feels healthier

Dear Knitting,
It feels glorious to be reunited. I love you. No really.
Your latest stalker fan

Dear Soy Lattes,
Thanks for not being gross. Your lack of disgusting-ness really surprised me.
Dairy-free this week

Dear September,
You and I are going to busy. Let's work together and make it fun, okay?
I get grouchy when I'm tired

How was your Monday? What would your letter say today?

Fun post! My Monday was pretty good! I am excited for tights, too! :)

Dear September: You sort of frighten me, what with your 4 business trips and all... please be kind.

Dear Rhubarb Slush: You never disappoint. Thank you for that. I look forward to seeing you again next summer.

Dear August: Your weather has been lovely. Thank you. You're showing me that summer isn't so bad!

Oh I can't wait for tights season to open back up. I've so many fun dresses that I just don't feel so comfortable in without some opaques. I wrote some letters today on my blog but all food related. I'm going sans caffeine currently and it's not easy! I can't quite imagine the sugar detox you did for 8 weeks based on this experience!

I cannot wait for tights either! And boots!

Mine would say...

Dear textbook publishers,
Why you gotta rip off college students so bad? $200 for one book is riiii-diculous!
A Poor Grad Student.

Hope your week is going well! I'm going to try a soy latte now! ;)

I loveeeee soy lattes! I am not DF but regularly get soy or almond milk instead of regular milk in my lattes :)

I'm excited to wear tights too though I'm still not totally ready for summer to end!

I eat dairy, but I always order soy lattes. I just think they taste so much better! I don't love coffee, & the soy seems to cut the coffee taste more than milk does.
