So much fun

Last weekend was a lesson in history, friendship, new experiences, and cherishing what we have. Both Mandy and Amber have written fabulous recaps - you should check them out.

We visited Mount Vernon and a Frank Lloyd Wright house, saw Idina Menzel live (so incredible!), toured the monuments, learned lessons in a cafeteria, and were moved to tears at the Holocaust Museum. We did yoga, relaxed, drank coffee and wine, painted nails, and enjoyed each other.

Despite a few camera issues, I managed to snap some pictures and for once I'm going to let them speak for themselves - although this video is combination of pictures Amber, Mandy, and I took and they're a mixture of camera and cell phone (so some of the quality is not the best). I think my favorite photo is the one where I'm laughing and squinting. (You'll know it when you get to it).

The title's a little light - it says Becky & Amber's D.C. trip - with guest appearances by Mandy!

It was awesome.

Do you ever make little videos of trips you take? Are you lazy like me and don't change the default "zoom" feature? Where's the last place you visited?

Awwww! I love it! So many of these pictures made me laugh out loud and was a great start to today!!!

Ps: I think I might take the "hands on the hip to pose in pictures" rule a little too seriously. Ha. ;)

This was so fun to watch - and makes me miss you girls and the city of DC! You are such a wonderful host, I am glad you all had such a fun time!

I have never made a video of photos!! The last place I visited was the Pacific NW for Amber's wedding! :)

Love the video, friend! You always do such a great job with them. I've been really bad lately about getting pictures of things. This makes me want us all to be together again and soon!

Love you!

Last time I made a video of any sort was last August for VEDA. I don't even really know how to make a photo slide show... lame, eh? Love your video and photos. reminds me of the one you made when we first met. (See also: cannot wait to see you!)
