Tomorrow

Tomorrow I will be heading to Baltimore to experience something I've never seen before - a Comic Convention.

You all know Ben is an artist (and a damn good one at that, I might add), and he and his partner Mike have been working on a comic book for awhile. (Ben does the artwork, Mike writes the script).

The first issue is done. It's being printed, and this weekend it will be for sale at the Baltimore Comic Con. They have a table and are ready to share their book Ethan Stone, P.I. with the world.

To say my heart is bursting with love and pride doesn't even begin to cover it.

I will be back next week with stories and pictures, and maybe by then I'll have gotten over my gushing excitement for Ben and Mike...but probably not.
There will be copies for sale online after the Con (still figuring that part out), but in the meantime, I'd love it if you'd hop over to the Ethan Stone Facebook page and give it a like. And then share it with all your friends. (You can even see a sneak peek of some of the artwork!)

If you're in the Baltimore area this weekend come say hi! I'm sure I'll be tweeting up a storm - I'll help you find the Ethan Stone table!

Happy Friday!

This is awesome! I was so impressed to see Ben's artwork last month and I'm still just so blown away by the industry and all the work that goes into it. I hope Ben and Mike get lots of positive reviews and feedback at the convention! Good luck!!!

That's so cool! I went to my first comic convention with Nathan last year and I really enjoyed it. I was suprised at the quality of art displayed - so much so that I *almost* bought a massive X-wing painting to put above our fireplace :P

Ahhhh, that's so exciting! Congrats to Ben!

And you will LOVE ComicCon. We go every year in Seattle and it's a blast. The people watching, costumes, and all the events are so cool. You may even experience some celebrity sightings, too!

Have a blast, and congrats again to Ben!
