Hello 29. Nice to meet you. I think you and I are going to mesh well together. I hope you're ready to go, because we have a 12 months together, but we have a lot to do!
30 before 30 list
1. Cook an entire Thanksgiving meal.
2. Take an international trip with Ben. (
In the works!)
3. Maybe have a kiddo. (
Fingers crossed this is in the works!)
4. Read (or re-read) 10 classic books.
(So far I've gotten through Wuthering Heights, The Way We Live Now, and The Bell Jar)
5. Travel to two states I haven't been to - then I'll have hit 25 out of 50!
6.
Live in a place that's bigger than 684 square feet.
7.
Practice yoga more consistently.
8. Surprise my husband with a weekend getaway. (Because we all know how much he
loves surprises).
9. Take a picture every day for a year.
I'm planning on starting this today - be sure you "like" the Love Everyday Life facebook page because that's where the album will be!
10.
Get over all my constant stress about money.
(This is definitely a work in progress).
11.
Learn to like tea
12. See a broadway show in NYC.
13.
Go to a show/play/concert. (With
Amber and Mandy which made it even better!)
14.
Become more patient in the car. This will continue to remain a work in progress but for the most part I'm much better than I have been in the past!
15.
Discover a passion and do whatever it is to follow it. I'm counting this as done because in the past year I've changed so many things I do based on what I love!
16. Master a language - and then go somewhere where I can actually use
it
17.
Assemble furniture without throwing down the pieces and giving up in the middle of it. (
Proof)
18.
Get a dining room table and set of chairs and actually use it. (We definitely
do!)
19.
Get a fancy camera And oh how I
love it!
20.
Take a spontaneous road trip with the mister.
21.
Have a Christmas tree. Love this too!
22.
Visit Ground Zero. I did this on my
day trip to NYC.
23.
Learn to drink more "grown-up" drinks from Starbucks. (i.e. not just frappucinos)
24. Attend a professional hockey game.
25. Buy a car.
26.
Meet at least five bloggers. Love meeting my blogger turned-in-real-life friends!
27.
Play a video game (that does not involve Mario or racing) with the mister for an extended period of time.
28.
Get my finger situation figured out so I can wear a wedding ring again. (
Yes!)
29.
Donate my hair to Locks of Love. What an experience!
30.
Give my blog a new design.
Do you have a "30 before 30" list - or a life list of some kind? How are you doing with it?
(Don't forget to enter
my perfect morning giveaway - it's only open through 11:59 PM tonight!)

Just turned 30 and never made a 30 bucket list! Just forgot! Ha, oh well! Happy birthday!
Happy, happy birthday to you, sweet friend!!
Happy Birthday!! Have a wonderful day!
Does Missouri count as a state you have never been to? I hope so =) Hopefully the NHL doesn't lock out so that you can get to a hockey game soon! Great list. I have one, I need to see where I stand on it, actually! Should do that soon.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY Becky!! Seriously all the best this year. You're totally kicking butt on that list. Keep it up!
I think this is a great list and TOTALLY doable for the next year!! I have never done a life list like this. I was thinking of doing 25 before 25 but I want the next year to be super relaxed. I might do a 30 before 30 thing when I turn 25 and have a few BIG THINGS on it that I will want to accomplish in the five years before I turn 30!
Happy Birthday sweetheart, best wife evah!
Happy Birthday!!!
I'm on my second 101 Things in 1001 Days, but I'm learning that it's too many things for me to decide on at once and a lot of the things I think I want to do, I end up losing interest in. A 30 before 30 list might be a nice change of pace. I'll be finishing up my current list just after turning 28, and so that would give me just under 2 years to get 30 things done, which is doable if I'm smart about it. Hmmm. Things to think about!
I love your 30 before 30 list. I'm probably going to do this when I turn 29 next June. I feel like if I start too early I'll lose motivation I'm better at more short term goals :)
Happy birthday again! This is such a great list and you have accomplished so much already! I did a 30 before 30 but only gave myself a year to do it so I only did about half. I still consider it a success because I did more than I would have if I hadn't had a list at all!!
