A couple years ago I pledged to have a handmade holiday,
buying handmade gifts for everyone on our shopping list, and with the
exception of one or two things I accomplished it. I started this series
the next year to share some of my favorite handmade finds with you and I
had such a good time I thought I'd bring it back again! For the next few weeks I'll be sharing some
great handmade items in hopes that you'll join me in making handmade a
part of your holiday!

First up is

ForSuchATimeDesigns. I know, you're thinking "a spoon?" but, hello! It's hand stamped and
hilarious. I bet you can name at least three people in your life this would apply to. (I also like their
cereal killer one!)

Remember when we used to have to save information from our computers to...disks? Like...floppy disks? Here's a way to reminsce while still enjoying our current technology -
floppy disk coasters! I've never ordered anything from
VectorCloud but I am blown away by their laser cut designs - in wood no less! And really, how fun are these - you can get them
custom engraved!
Not to be outdone in technology-related presents, we also have these
Ctrl Atl Delete pillows, perfect for your computer savvy friend! This shop -
pillows4fun - is full of awesomeness, but these just take the cake for me!

Ha, that spoon is awesome and so perfect for me! The techie pillows are funny, too! I love whimsical gifts that make me laugh. I was on the giving end of one of those gifts last year when I gave Phil the "keep calm and pet a cat" print, which he loved.
The spoon is hilarious. I don't do coffee but I also don't really talk before 10am so if they had something like that, well that would be me!
I'm a huge fan of the gifts that fit the person + make you laugh. If there's no laughter, what else is there? =)

Those spoons are cute! I wish I had a purpose to buy one for myself but I don't really need a spoon with a saying! Love the coasters too.
Sweets saw a t-shirt that said "coffee before talkie" on it and wanted it on the spot. He didn't get it, but it describes him almost perfectly. I'd probably amend it to "three coffees before talkie," but, you know, you can't have it your way all the time. ha.
